Limited 2-Year Warranty
This limited warranty applies to products manufactured by Nur Grup Mühendislik under the NG Attachments brand, subject to the terms, limitations and claim procedures set out below.
Limited warranty period for eligible manufactured products.
Coverage against eligible material defects.
Coverage against eligible manufacturing workmanship defects.
Warranty claims must be reported with evidence and product details.
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
Subject to the terms and conditions below, Nur Grup Mühendislik provides a limited warranty that eligible products manufactured under the NG Attachments brand will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
The limited warranty period is two (2) years. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the warranty period starts ninety (90) days after delivery to the dealer or on the date the product is sold to the end user, whichever occurs first.
2. First Year Warranty
During the first year from the date of purchase, if an eligible product is found to be defective due to failure to conform to approved specifications, drawings, workmanship or materials, Nur Grup Mühendislik’s obligation is limited to repair or replacement.
- Repair of the defective item; or
- Replacement with an item conforming to approved specifications and drawings; or
- Another remedy approved in writing by an authorized company representative.
3. Second Year Warranty
During the second year from the date of purchase, if an eligible product is found to be defective due to failure to conform to approved specifications, drawings, workmanship or materials, Nur Grup Mühendislik’s obligation is limited to the replacement of the defective item or part.
During the second year, Nur Grup Mühendislik shall not be responsible for labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, travel costs or any other related service costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Limitation of Warranty
This warranty is limited to eligible repair or replacement obligations expressly described in this policy.
In no event shall Nur Grup Mühendislik, NG Attachments or its authorized representatives be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of use, machine downtime, cost of substitute product, loss of production, transportation delay, related equipment damage or any other commercial loss.
5. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage will not be considered for defects, failures or damages caused by conditions outside the scope of material or workmanship defects.
Products that, in the judgment of Nur Grup Mühendislik, have been misused, abused, overloaded or operated outside their intended application.
Products, components or accessories not manufactured or supplied by Nur Grup Mühendislik under the NG Attachments brand.
Alterations, welding, repairs, modifications or part replacements not authorized in writing by Nur Grup Mühendislik.
Wear parts, consumables, teeth, adapters, cutting edges, hoses, pins, bushings, seals, hydraulic oil and similar consumable or wear items.
Damage caused by exposure to weather, corrosion, improper storage, inadequate protection or poor maintenance.
Travel time, downtime, environmental charges, shop supplies, freight, customs costs, removal costs and installation costs unless approved in writing.
6. Warranty Claim Procedure
All warranty claims must be reported promptly and must include sufficient technical evidence for evaluation.
The distributor, dealer or customer must notify Nur Grup Mühendislik immediately after discovering the alleged defect.
Claims must include photographs, videos where possible, serial number, product model, invoice or delivery details and a description of the issue.
Recommended repairs, replacement parts and related costs must be discussed with and approved by an authorized company representative.
Nur Grup Mühendislik may require that the defective product or part be returned to its factory in Turkey for inspection.
7. Repair Authorization
Any repair work, labor cost, replacement part cost or third-party repair service must be discussed with and approved in writing by an authorized Nur Grup Mühendislik representative before the work is performed.
8. Final Decision
Warranty approval, repair method, replacement decision and any applicable cost coverage shall be determined by Nur Grup Mühendislik after technical review of the product, claim evidence and operating conditions.
